Result of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Cartucho announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the
Company held last week the following resolutions were unanimously passed by its
shareholders:


1.  To receive and, if approved, to adopt the company's accounts for the
    year ended 31 December 2006 together with the directors' report and the
    auditor's report on those accounts and to note that the directors do not
    recommend the payment of a final dividend for that year.


2.  To re-appoint Grant Thornton UK LLP as auditor of the company and to
    authorise the directors to determine their remuneration.
