company UTV Mauritius Limited for the year ended 31 March 2007 are available on
the Company's website www.utvmotionpictures.com.

These results are supplementary to the information contained in the Company's
admission document dated 26 June 2007 which included financial information for
UTV Mauritius Limited for the 10 month period to 31 January 2007.
