NI Sets Date for Second Fiscal Quarter 2023 Earnings Release

NI (Nasdaq: NATI) (“NI” or the “Company”) today announced that
it will release its second quarter fiscal 2023 financial results
after market on Thursday, July 27, 2023. Given the pending
acquisition of NI by Emerson (NYSE: EMR), NI will not host an
investor conference call for second quarter results nor provide
future guidance.
