Traffic.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRFC), the leading provider of personalized traffic information for drivers coast to coast, today announced that the Company has established a $12 million credit facility with Square 1 Bank. The facility is a revolving line of credit based on Traffic.com's accounts receivable balance. The relationship carries standard market rates for borrowing. The credit facility has a two year maturity, and was put in place for general corporate purposes. Robert Verratti, chief executive office of Traffic.com, stated, "On our second quarter earnings conference call we pointed out that we were in discussions to put in place a credit facility, and we are pleased to announce that we have finalized this process with our new Square 1 Bank relationship. While we do not have immediate plans to draw against this credit facility, it does further enhance Traffic.com's financial flexibility to execute our growth strategy and make potential investments as we proceed toward positive cash flow and profitability."
