APL Appulse Corporation

Appulse Corporation ("Appulse") (TSX VENTURE:APL) today reported revenues of $
3,108,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2008, compared to $ 2,600,000 for
the same six-month period of the previous year. The Corporation reported a net
loss of ($ 90,000) for the first six months of 2008, compared to a net income of
$ 15,000 for the same period of the previous year. Cash flow from operations was
$ 38,000 to June 30, 2008, compared to $ 117,000 for the same six-month period
of 2007.


Revenue for the first half of 2008 increased by 19% over the same period of
2007. The total gross margin percentage was consistent with the prior year
although the sales mix differed with machine sales of $ 1,267,000 compared to $
513,000 for the same period of 2007. Overhead costs to June 30, 2008 were
substantially higher than the first half of the previous year, primarily
reflecting increased personnel costs and a focus on marketing and future growth.


Firm machine orders for the 2008 fiscal year now exceed $ 2.8 million and
management expects a return to profitability during the third quarter.
