Enerlabs, Inc. Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire 4th Laboratory
OKLAHOMA CITY, June 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Enerlabs, Inc. (OTC
Pink: ENLB), an energy & environmental laboratory company,
announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire a
4th testing laboratory in California for $1,700,000.00. This laboratory has provided
specialized air testing services for 16 years and has withstood the
extensive NELAP certification process since 2003. An
expansive range of air analyses are offered at this laboratory in
the areas of volatile organics, landfill gas, petroleum
hydrocarbons, volatile sulfur compounds, fixed gases, natural gas,
ozone precursors, dissolved gases and ultra low-level volatile
organics in ambient air.
