Impact Fusion International (PINKSHEETS: IFUS) announced today it will be filing a Form 10 for its wholly owned subsidiary, Supreme Energy Resources, Inc., a Louisiana corporation. In effect, the intent is to have Supreme Energy Resources, Inc. stand as a separate public entity and our shareholders to benefit from its business as well as benefit from the business of Impact Fusion International, Inc. Supreme Energy Resources, Inc. was formerly RR Louisiana Property, LLC and holds title to an 85 acre energy park in the State of Louisiana. Shareholders of record date will be announced following the filing of the Form 10 and the completion of any review by the Securities and Exchange Commission, no earlier than sixty days from the date of filing. Although no assurances can be provided, the audited financials and Form 10 application should be completed for submission within 18 days.

Also being transferred from the parent company will be debt in excess of $450,000 which primarily is on the mortgage of the property and other related debts.
