collectively valued at over $120
million. His dedication to excellence and attention to
detail have consistently impressed clients and colleagues

In addition to his transaction management responsibilities,
Webster has been involved in creating Market Valuations for Lease
and Sale Reports for more than 150 properties across three
continents. His comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and
analytical skills have been invaluable in guiding clients through
complex real estate transactions. Furthermore, he has been a key
asset to ERES Capital, providing essential support in Excel and
ARGUS modeling for cash flow projections of commercial assets.
