Dr. Lynn Bilder brings a wealth of nursing
education & administration experience

Provost and Chief Academic Officer Dr. Lynn Bilder, PhD, APRN,
WHNP-BC, to the prestigious Advisory Council for the NLN Foundation
for Nursing Education.

Dr. Bilder brings a wealth of experience to the NLN Foundation,
a leading advocate for nursing faculty and leaders in nursing
education. At Joyce University, she works with deans, department
chairs, faculty, and others on campus to support excellence in all
of the university's academic, research, scholarly programs, and
activities.
With more than 20 years in higher education, Dr. Bilder has
served in various roles, including as faculty, dean, director of
curriculum and program quality, and assistant vice president prior
to joining Joyce University in July of 2023. Dr. Bilder is a
distinguished NLN Jonas Scholar, registered nurse, and
board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner.

extensively during her PhD in Nursing from Indiana University of
Pennsylvania. Her dedication to this field aligns with the NLN
Foundation’s mission of promoting excellence in nursing education
and increasing access to opportunities for aspiring nurses.
