CLEVELAND, June 18, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Woolpert has hired experienced water engineer David DiCesare as a project manager to support wastewater, stormwater, and utility projects and clients throughout Ohio.

With 15 years of civil engineering experience specific to water and sewer system management, DiCesare will manage existing sewer system evaluation studies and water/wastewater contracts, while also helping to expand Woolpert's wastewater and utility management services throughout Ohio and the Midwest.

At Woolpert, DiCesare will oversee regional technical plan production, permitting, and contract document management. DiCesare has authored and secured over $10 million in grant applications for clients.

DiCesare holds a master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Akron and is a licensed professional engineer in both Ohio and Pennsylvania. He serves as chair of the Ohio American Water Works Association Asset Management Committee and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
