On July 17, 2019, the Company announced that it had completed the purchase of a private 82.42-acre contiguous parcel of agricultural farm land in Kendall County, Illinois (the “Grove Road Farm”) and has commenced outdoor cultivation of high-CBD industrial hemp biomass on approximately 40 acres. That will produce 2.4M in revenue. How is this so far under the radar?

If this lands itself some attention, watch out.

On the up side, CBD hemp can be very lucrative, once a farmer gets started. An annual crop can produce about 10 percent CBD content, and should bring about $25 to $35 per pound. With a yield of about one pound per plant and up to 2,500 plants per acre, that's around $60,000 per acre. They have 82 acres, so that's $4,920,000 per year for that farm alone. Pretty promising revenue.

Welcome. This one is under the radar at the moment, but I feel good things are around the corner for this one and a good time to load up.

Very promising news out today. Been watching this one lately and it looks like it will start to move. Buy now and then after this new location produces some crop we'll see what kind of profits this will produce.
