Eros International plc ("the Company"), a leading global company in the Indian film entertainment industry, announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 28(th) September, 2012 at the Company's registered office at Fort Anne, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 5PD.

The Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31(st) March, 2012 have been posted to shareholders.
