Johnson Matthey announces completion of Diagnostic Services (also known as Tracerco) sale

Further to the announcement on 3(rd) May 2023, Johnson Matthey Plc (JM) is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of its Diagnostic Services business on 29(th) September 2023 in accordance with the terms of the sale agreement entered into between JM and Sullivan Street Partners for a consideration of GBP55 million.
