Correction - Total Voting Rights

This announcement replaces RNS Number 6846X released earlier today at 7am. Due to a delay in settlement processing, shares purchased at year-end were not cancelled within the 2023 calendar year and therefore should not have been reduced from the Company's issued share capital as of 1 January 2024.

In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company notifies the market of the following:

Following settlement and cancellation of all purchased ordinary shares, as at 1 January 2024, the issued capital of the Company comprised 516,814,055 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each. All of the issued ordinary shares carry voting rights of one vote per share and the Company does not hold any shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the under the Rules.
