Appulse Corporation (TSX VENTURE:APL) ("Appulse") today reported a net loss of
$66,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2009 with revenues of $ 1,497,000,
compared to a net income of $ 8,000 and revenues of $ 1,546,000 for the same
three-month period of the previous year. The negative operating cash flow for
the quarter of $ 13,000 compares to a positive operating cash flow of $ 72,000

sales were low during the first quarter, customer quotations for machine
applications are now the highest in the Corporation's history, related primarily
to the food and beverage industries. Firm machine orders for the 2009 fiscal
year now total $ 900,000.
