I don't disagree. However, trading in penny stocks (scam or not) can produce returns that grossly exceed what is possible with other stocks. It only takes one decent penny stock trade and it can outdo 20 years of conservative investing. It's a fact.

I would say understanding that a great many, if not most, penny stocks are scams will put one on the right side of history.

Why is it improbable that CRGP could trade on another exchange? It is very common for a company to trade on multiple exchanges across the globe. CRGP could remain on the Expert Market indefinitely and trade freely on an exchange in another country. Very common.

CRGP’s management had ample time to provide all filings. The only thing that was released about CRGP was a shady press release, from Unknown origins. Giving credit to my theory that this is a criminals paradise. Notice how I didn’t resort to calling you any names. #class #act

The reason these designations were created were for the very reason I stated. People needed to protected from scammers and criminals pumping and dumping. After 2021 CRGP fell in to the said criteria that’s why it was pushed in to the “expert market.”

The Expert Market only came into being in Sept 2021 bozo. The illiquid stocks on it cannot be bought by US retail. Not sure how scammers can do any stealing when there are no buyers.

Reverse merger is the only probable scenario (although low probability) that you suggested. The CRGP shares being transferred to another exchange is improbable.

Expert market is also a criminals and scammers playground. They use illiquid stocks, in conjunction with false press releases, and smoke screens to syphon money from hard working people. With promises of glorious returns and missed opportunities. One of the posters here did this.

If all shares transacted since July 2021 are factored in, then it is very possible that some entity has established control over approximately 50% of the outstanding shares by now. Even more if all the dumped shares after the June 2021 court matters were soaked up. CRGP is a prime shell for a reverse merger.

The Expert Market is in place for securities to park while they "get their house in order"...among other reasons. Many of CRGP's transactions over the past couple years are indicative of ongoing share accumulation.

If I were to guess, I'd say that CRGP shares are being bought by a private company and this will result in a reverse merger. There may be a reverse split before or after the merger, but it will certainly occur (probably 10:1).

As some posters have pointed out, CRGP may never trade in the US again, but there are many other exchanges in the world where these shares could end up. Really doesn't matter where they go. Despite this, CRGP may find another short term opening of trading in the US in order to shake the tree a little harder.

I'm looking forward to all of it unfolding and will continue to buy.

Information provided by transfer agents is generally reliable. They're the people who actually issue stock, on orders from management.

But it is trading bozo. There is allegedly no buying allowed by retail in the US, but the simple fact of the matter is that this ticker has seen consistent trading activity for 3 years. It's just an obvious reality...although an inconvenient one for you I'm sure.

How do you know how many shares are in circulation? Maybe the bulk of the outstanding shares are only held by a small group, including insiders that are just sitting on them. And for the last 3 years, 100+ million have been soaked up by at least one buyer. For all we know, there are only a handful of shares actively available to transact. This is how accumulation campaigns work. The accumulators also typically ensure they have some paid peasants trying to convince long holders to dump into their bids and discourage new buyers from stepping up. It's all very common.

This stock will never return to trading . So your obvious commentary about CRGP will be forever.

Whatever you choose, there are way too many shares in circulation, especially for a company that appears to do nothing at all.
