Seasoned leader brings 40 years’ expertise in
transforming education and communities
Corvias has appointed Julie Allen as the new Executive Director
of Corvias Foundation in service to supporting the educational
dreams of military families. With a background spanning 40 years in
education and non-profit sectors, Allen will lead the Foundation
into its next chapter of success.

Since its founding in 2006, Corvias Foundation has donated more
than $15 million in scholarships to military-connected students and
provided scholarships to more than 450 students.

Prior to joining Corvias Foundation, Allen served as executive
director of the non-profit organization Engineers in Action;
founded her own non-profit organization, Lead Up; and held
leadership positions at Boys Hope Girls Hope International and
other educational institutions. She holds a Master of Arts from the
University of Denver and a Bachelor of Music from Nebraska Wesleyan
University.
