Vodafone UK CEO Sells One-Third of His Shares in Vodafone Group

Vodafone Group PLC (VOD.LN) said in a regulatory filing Monday
that Vodafone U.K. Chief Executive Nicholas Jeffery has sold just
over one-third of his shares in the group.
The telecommunications group said Mr. Jeffery sold 566,382
ordinary shares at about 185.43 pence and continues to hold about 1
million shares in the company excluding unvested share awards.
Shares at 1430 GMT were down 0.7% at 181.34 pence.
