Director/PDMR Shareholding
nmcn plc announces that it has been informed that Dan Taylor,
Chief Financial Officer has made transactions between his personal
share account, pension and ISA accounts, where a total of 3,365
ordinary shares in the Group were sold and a total of 3,346
ordinary shares in the Group were purchased.
Dan Taylor's, along with associated persons, beneficial holding
in the Group is 98,314 ordinary shares, representing 0.94% of the
Group's total voting rights of 10,406,108 ordinary shares.
