The Company announces that it was informed that Christopher Miller, Executive Vice Chairman, has gifted three million Ordinary Shares of 48/7 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 June 2019 for nil consideration as part of standard family financial planning. Following this transaction, Mr Miller has an interest in 27,108,510 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.56% of the issued share capital of the Company.
