Wentworth (AIM: WEN), the AIM listed independent, East Africa-focused oil & gas company announces that Iain McLaren purchased 202,502 ordinary shares of no par value at an average price of 19.59p per share in the Company, equating to an aggregate value of GBP39,677.56.

Following this purchase, Iain McLaren holds a total of 302,502 ordinary shares, representing 0.16% of the outstanding share capital of the Company.
