   Please note that the announcement below replaces the Total Voting Rights 
announcement released on 1 April 2020. On publication of the 
announcement, the issued share capital of the Company was 155,534,772 
Ordinary Shares (and not 155,538,117) and likewise the denominator for 
the purposes of the total voting rights of the Company was 155,534,772 
(and not 155,538,117 as originally announced).
