Transaction in own Shares

26 May 2021 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby announces that, on 26 May 2021, 6,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 US cents each in the Company ("ordinary shares") were transferred from treasury to Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited, the trustee of the Experian plc Employee Share Trust , for nil consideration, to be used to meet obligations under employee share plans.

The Company's capital consists of 969,620,258 ordinary shares with voting rights and 20 deferred shares of 10 US cents each which have no voting rights. Following the above transfer, Experian plc holds 46,378,013 shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Experian plc is 923,242,245.

The figure of 923,242,245 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's shares under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook.
