Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces that Roger Maddock, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 3,058 ordinary shares in the Company on 19 July at a price of 206.5 pence per ordinary share.

Following this purchase, Roger Maddock holds 310,019 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.9 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
