Interim dividend for the period to 20 August 2019

The directors announce that the Company will pay an interim dividend for the period ended 20th August 2019 of 5.7p per ordinary share. This dividend will be paid in substitution for the interim dividend, normally paid in December, as a consequence of the plans announced on 4th June 2019 for the proposed scheme of reconstruction of the Company under Section 110 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The Dividend will be paid on 16th September 2019 to shareholders on the register on 30th August 2019 and have an ex-dividend date of 29th August 2019.
