Norcros announces that the Company has today been notified of

Officer and James Eyre, Chief Financial Officer, by way of the
exercise of nil-cost share options granted in November 2020 under
the Company's Approved Performance Share Plan (the "APSP") over
ordinary shares of ten pence each in the Company ("Shares").
