The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust that invests in high-quality, new build, family homes in the private rented sector ("PRS"), announces that it was notified on 14 October 2022 that Stephen Smith, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 80,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

As a result, Mr Smith's total interest in the Company is now 235,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

The PRS REIT plc is a closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in the Private Rented Sector ("PRS") and to provide shareholders with an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital and income growth.
