Offer for Subscription - Exercise of Over-Allotment Facility
On 11 August 2022 Puma VCT 13 plc (the "Company") published a
prospectus in relation to an offer for subscription for new
Ordinary Shares of GBP0.0005 each in the Company to raise up to
GBP40 million, with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a
further GBP10 million (the "Offer").
Following strong demand for the O ffer, the directors of the
Company have resolved to exercise the over-allotment facility
referred to in the prospectus and, accordingly, the maximum amount
that the Company can raise under the Offer is increased to GBP50
million .
