Issue of Second Supplementary Prospectus

The Board of the Company announces that a further supplementary prospectus (the "Second Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the Company's offer for subscription to raise up to GBP10 million, with an over-allotment facility of up to GBP20 million, in the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 tax years, has been published today.

The Second Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of Financial Services and Market Act 2000 following the publication of its audited financial results for the year ended 28 February 2023.

Copies of the Second Supplementary Prospectus and the Company's audited financial results for the year ended 28 February 2023 have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and the Second Supplementary Prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
