Mantra Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE: MAN) ("Mantra" or the "Company") announces that the directors of the Company have approved changing the name of the Company to TintinaGold Resources Inc. ("TintinaGold") effective September 28, 2009, subject to regulatory and TSX Venture Exchange approval. Under the Company's articles, the name of the Company may be changed by a resolution of the directors. The Company expects the stock symbol for the Company to change concurrently with the proposed name change.
