OF THE SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER PARQUE PUEBLA, WHICH INCORPORATED APPROXIMATELY 70,000 SQM (SEVENTY THOUSAND

SQUARE METERS) OF GROSS LEASABLE AREA TO THE OPERATING PORTFOLIO, WHICH HAS REACHED APPROXIMATELY 760,000 SQM(SEVEN

HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND SQUARE METERS).

THE OPENING OF THE SHOPPING CENTERWAS CARRIED OUT TOGETHER WITH LIVERPOOL, CINPOLIS, SUB-ANCHOR STORES, BOUTIQUES,

RESTAURANTS, ENTERTAINMENT CONCEPTS ANDOTHER SERVICES.

WITH THIS PROJECT, FIBRA DANHOS MAINTAINS ITS PREMIER ASSET DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AND DIVERSIFIES GEOGRAPHICALLY, CONTRIBUTING

TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUEBLA AND ITS CONURBATED AREA, WHICH HAS A POPULATION OF 3 MILLION INHABITANTS AND IS THE FOURTH MOSTPOPULATED IN COUNTRY.
