MEXICO CITY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2017FIBRA DANHOS (BMV: DANHOS13) INFORMS
THAT ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2017, IT SUCCESSFULLY HELD THE
OPENING TO PUBLIC
OF THE SHOPPING AND ENTERTAINMENT CENTER PARQUE PUEBLA, WHICH
INCORPORATED APPROXIMATELY 70,000 SQM (SEVENTY THOUSAND
SQUARE METERS) OF GROSS LEASABLE AREA TO THE OPERATING PORTFOLIO,
WHICH HAS REACHED APPROXIMATELY 760,000 SQM(SEVEN
HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND SQUARE METERS).
THE OPENING OF THE SHOPPING CENTERWAS CARRIED OUT TOGETHER WITH
LIVERPOOL, CINPOLIS, SUB-ANCHOR STORES, BOUTIQUES,
RESTAURANTS, ENTERTAINMENT CONCEPTS ANDOTHER SERVICES.
WITH THIS PROJECT, FIBRA DANHOS MAINTAINS ITS PREMIER ASSET
DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AND DIVERSIFIES GEOGRAPHICALLY,
CONTRIBUTING
TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUEBLA AND ITS CONURBATED AREA, WHICH HAS A
POPULATION OF 3 MILLION INHABITANTS AND IS THE FOURTH MOSTPOPULATED
IN COUNTRY.
WE ACKNOWLEDGE THE GREAT EFFORT MADE BY THE AUTHORITIES, SUPPLIERS,
WORKERS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS THAT HAVE MADE IT
POSSIBLE FOR THIS PROJECT TO START OPERATIONS.IN SOLIDARITY WITH
THE IMPACT CAUSED BY THE RECENT EARTHQUAKES THAT AFFECTED THE
SOUTH-CENTRAL ZONE OF THE COUNTRY (PUEBLA,MORELOS, CDMX, ESTADO DE
MXICO, OAXACA AND CHIAPAS), IT WAS DECIDED TO POSTPONE THE
INAUGURATIONAND PLACEMENT OF THE FIRST STONE OF THE HOTEL AND
AQUARIUM (FIRST IN THE SOUTHEAST OF THE COUNTRY) IN PARQUE PUEBLA,
REITERATINGITS COMMITMENT TO THE INHABITANTS OF THESE ENTITIES.

PARQUE LINDAVISTA; (IV) PARQUE TEZONTLE; (V) PARQUE LAS ANTENAS;
AND (VI) PARQUE PUEBLA, THESE LAST TWO ARE CURRENTLY UNDER
DEVELOPMENT; (2) FOUR OFFICE PROPERTIES: (I) PARQUE ESMERALDA; (II)
URBITEC; (III) PARQUE VIRREYES; AND (IV) TORRE VIRREYES; AND
(3) FOUR MIXED-USE PROJECTS:(I) PARQUE ALAMEDA; (II) REFORMA 222;
(III) TOREO PARQUE CENTRAL; AND (IV) PARQUE VA VALLEJO.
ADDITIONALLY, WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF ASSEMBLING A PROJECT IN THE
