DEPARTMENT STORE WILL BE OPENED TO THE PUBLIC, WHICH WILL CONSOLIDATE THE SUCCESSFUL MIX OF TENANTS IN THE

SHOPPING CENTER WITH THE COUNTRY'S MOST IMPORTANT DEPARTMENT STORE CHAIN. APPROXIMATELY 20,000 SQM OF GROSS LEASABLE AREA WILL BE INCORPORATED TO THE TOREO PARQUE CENTRAL SHOPPINGCENTER THAT WILL REACH APPROXIMATELY 90,000 SQM OF GROSS LEASABLE AREA.
