FIBRA DANHOS (BMV:DANHOS13) INFORMS THAT ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 12,
2017, THE LIVERPOOL TOREO
DEPARTMENT STORE WILL BE OPENED TO THE PUBLIC, WHICH WILL
CONSOLIDATE THE SUCCESSFUL MIX OF TENANTS IN THE
SHOPPING CENTER WITH THE COUNTRY'S MOST IMPORTANT DEPARTMENT STORE
CHAIN. APPROXIMATELY 20,000 SQM OF GROSS LEASABLE AREA WILL BE
INCORPORATED TO THE TOREO PARQUE CENTRAL SHOPPINGCENTER THAT WILL
REACH APPROXIMATELY 90,000 SQM OF GROSS LEASABLE AREA.

PARQUE PUEBLA, THESELAST TWO ARE CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT; (2)
FOUR OFFICE PROPERTIES: (I) PARQUE ESMERALDA; (II) URBITEC;
(III)PARQUE VIRREYES; AND (IV) TORRE VIRREYES; AND (3) FOUR
MIXED-USE PROJECTS: (I) PARQUE ALAMEDA; (II) REFORMA222; (III)

DISTRIBUTE AT LEAST 95% (NINETY FIVE PERCENT) OF
OUR FISCAL OUTCOME, AND TO HAVE AT LEAST 70%
