PDMR Shareholding
nmcn plc announces that it has been informed that a total of
4,570 shares have been transferred from a General Investment
Account in the name of Mr Andrew Langman into separate ISAs held by
Mr Langman and his wife, Mrs T Langman, respectively.
Consequently, there is no change in his beneficial
shareholding.
