NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Plaza Centers N.V., is to announce that the Annual General
Meeting of the Company's shareholders ("AGM") will take place at
11:00 am (CET) on 5 June 2019 at the offices of the Company
(Pietersbergweg 283, 1105 BM Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
The Notice of Meeting, including agenda and proxy voting cards
in English, are available on the Company's website at the following

Documents made available by the Company for the purpose of the
AGM may be inspected during normal working hours at the registered
office of the Company (Pietersbergweg 283, 1105 BM Amsterdam, the

submitted today to the UK Listing Authority.
