Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following share transaction undertaken by Sebastien Krysiak, CEO of All Other Markets (a PDMR).

Sebastien exercised an option over 42,130 ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company granted under the Kingfisher Alignment Shares and Transformation Incentive Plan. All shares were retained.
