Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Ironveld, the owner of a High Purity Iron ("HPI"), Vanadium and Titanium project located on the Northern Limb of the Bushveld Complex in Limpopo Province, South Africa, announces that it has posted the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2019 together with a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is to be held at Lakeside, Fountain Lane, St Mellons, Cardiff, CF3 0FB on 10 January 2019 at 9.30 a.m.
