Posting of Notices for Adjourned Meetings of Debenture Stockholders to be held on 7 (th) May 2020 in respect of:

   i)          the 6.875 per cent. Debenture Stock 2023; and 

ii) the 4.5 per cent. Irredeemable Debenture Stock, the 8-14 per cent. Stepped Interest Debenture Stock 2020 and the 6-12 per cent. Stepped Interest Debenture Stock 2026 (the "Debenture Stock").

Notices of the Adjourned Meetings are today being be sent to holders of the Debenture Stock.

The Extraordinary General Meetings of the holders of the Debenture Stock that took place on 27(th) March 2020 were adjourned for lack of a quorum until the same times on Thursday, 7(th) May 2020 at the same address or such other address as may be notified in the notice of Adjourned Meetings.

In view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Board reminds all stockholders of the Government's current rules prohibiting gatherings of more than two people from a different household. Holders of the Debenture Stock should therefore comply with the Government's rules by not attending the Adjourned Meetings in person and instead should appoint the Chairman as their proxy with their voting instructions.

The Board encourages all shareholders to submit proxy voting forms in respect of the Adjourned Meetings by no later than 2.00pm on 5(th) May for the Meetings in respect of the 4.5 per cent. Irredeemable Debenture Stock, the 8-14 per cent. Stepped Interest Debenture Stock 2020 and the 6-12 per cent. Stepped Interest Debenture Stock 2026 and by no later than 3.30pm on 5(th) May for the Meeting in respect of the 6.875 per cent. Debenture Stock 2023.
