Annual General Meeting

Phoenix Global Resources plc (AIM: PGR; BCBA: PGR), the independent Argentine-focused upstream oil and gas exploration and production company, announces that a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held on Tuesday 30 June 2020 at 12.00pm at the offices of the Company at 6(th) Floor, King's House, 10 Haymarket, London SW1Y 4BP.

The board takes its responsibility to safeguard the health of its shareholders, stakeholders and employees seriously and the AGM is being held in accordance with the current legislation in force as a result of COVID-19. If these measures remain in force as at the date of the AGM, shareholders must not attend in person and we will refuse entry to anyone who seeks to attend in person. We strongly urge all shareholders to register their vote in advance by appointing the chairman of the AGM as their proxy and giving voting instructions. Those who wish to ask a question of the Board relating to the business of the meeting can do so by sending an email to info@phoenixglobalresources.com and if appropriate we will endeavour to provide you with a response as soon as possible. The Notice of AGM and up to date information and any changes to the AGM arrangements contained in the Notice of AGM will be made available on our website at www.phoenixglobalresources.com.

As the Company has not yet completed its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019, it is intended that a subsequent General Meeting will be called, once the Annual Report has been published, to receive and consider the Annual Report.
