  plc ('the Company') announces that Paul Walker, Chair, has notified 
  the Company that he is to be appointed as Chair of RELX PLC 
  from 1 March 2021. As previously announced on 23 September 2020, 
  Paul will step down as Chair of Halma plc by the end of July 
  2021.
