Ideation Acquisition Corp. ("Ideation" or the "Company") (NYSE Amex: IDI) (NYSE Amex: IDI.U) (NYSE Amex: IDI.WS) announced today that it has commenced mailing its definitive proxy statement, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 5, 2009. Ideation's Special Meeting of Stockholders will be held on October 27, 2009 at 8:30 am Eastern Time at the offices of Akerman Senterfitt, at One S.E. Third Avenue, 25th Floor, Miami, Florida 33131.
