Director changes



The Company announces that Andy Moore, a Director of the Company, has tendered
his resignation from the board with immediate effect.



The Company is also pleased to announce that Anita Madhas, aged 28, has today
been appointed as a Director of the Company with immediate effect. There are no
further matters to be disclosed on behalf of Ms Madhas under Schedule 2 (f) of
the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange.
