DALLAS, TX today announced that Rost A. Ginevich has joined the Company in the newly created position of Chief Information Officer (CIO). As such, Mr. Ginevich, 44, will be primarily responsible for the development and execution of the Company's information technology strategy and will report directly to Davis S. Boone, Chief Executive Officer.

Commenting on today's news, Mr. Boone stated, "We are pleased to welcome Rost to the American CareSource team. With the rapid expansion of our client base and the continued evolution of our ancillary care service product offerings, the time is right to bring in a CIO. With over 20 years' experience in information technology for both large and small firms, Rost's expertise will be invaluable as he helps us to manage our growth going forward."

Prior to joining American CareSource, Mr. Ginevich spent the bulk of his career in Dallas, Texas. Most recently, he served as a Director at West Monroe Partners, a full-service business and technology consultancy. In that capacity, he led business development and management consulting activities for the Dallas office.

Before that, Mr. Ginevich was Chief Information Officer for Kitty Hawk, where he served as information technology leader of this AMEX-listed cargo transportation company. Prior, he was at IBM Business Consulting Services, where he successfully managed business development and execution of large consulting engagements for clients in varied industries, including transportation and telecommunications.

Mr. Ginevich earned his MBA and BS degrees from Oklahoma State University. He is the author of numerous white papers and has been an occasional speaker on topics related to information technology.
