New employee representative to ISS' Board of Directors

ISS A/S' employees have elected representatives to ISS A/S' Board of
Directors.
Karina Deacon, Vice President and Head of Investor Relations, and
Flemming Quist, Finance Manager, were re-elected and continue as
employee representatives on the Board. Flemming Bendt, Head of
Controlling, and Jan Lindegaard, Supply Management Specialist, were
elected alternate members.
Lars Vestergaard, Assistant Treasurer, was elected as new employee
representative and will replace Kirsten Belter, Financial Manager, on
the Board. Tina Hilligs�e, Secretary was elected alternate member.
The new representative will join the Board of Directors after ISS'
Annual General Meeting held on 9 April 2003.
