capital fund of funds for early-stage artificial intelligence and
software companies, received notification on 30 June 2023 that Dan
Bowyer, Partner of the Company, purchased in aggregate 25,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of GBP0.94 per share on
27 June 2023.
