                            Director's Shareholding


Atlantic Global plc, ("Atlantic Global" or "the Company"), the AIM quoted
specialist developer of business and resource management software applications
to a broad range of customers, today announces that Mr David Cox, Non-Executive
Chairman of the Company as of 6 November 2003, has acquired an interest in
20,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 69 pence per share.


Following the purchase, Mr David Cox's interest is 20,000 Ordinary Shares in the
Company, representing 0.09% of its issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
(This interest has been acquired through power of attorney of his father's
interests).
