The purchase price of the acquisitions was not disclosed. Minibus Systems, Inc. in Ontario, owned by Fazi Bastajani a longtime SuperShuttle franchisee, operating under the SuperShuttle name will be rolled into existing operations. The 80 van operation will now be a wholly owned subsidiary of SuperShuttle Los Angeles. Bastajani will remain as a member of the company's management team.
