Acquisition creates largest ground transportation service in
Southern California PHOENIX, March 25 /PRNewswire/ -- SuperShuttle
International, Inc. announced today it has acquired Express Shuttle
in San Diego and Los Angeles creating the largest on-demand
transportation company in Southern California. The acquisition will
substantially increase SuperShuttle's foot print in California and
add to its already significant lead as America's largest
shared-ride ground transportation company. The acquisition price

acquisition of Express Shuttle will add an additional 60 vans and
15 sedans along with 40 new employees as well as 75 new drivers who
operate as independent contractors exclusively to SuperShuttle.

in their current management positions and will continue to be
actively involved with SuperShuttle and its Southern California
