London Bridge Software Holdings plc ("London Bridge Software") - contract

London Bridge Software today announces the signing of two significant new
contracts.  These are in addition to the contract announced on 17th December
2003.



The company has signed a contract with a major US Banking group to run the web
version of its RMS NG product. The customer has been a user of the previous
version of RMS for a number of years and is upgrading to capture improved
economies from the new technology.



In addition, the company has also executed a contract for the sale of the
client-server version of Debt Manager in Taiwan.  This further extends the
company's presence as the only global provider of debt management solutions with
double byte enabled capability.
