The Company announces that, following the exercise by an employee of warrants to
subscribe for ordinary shares, it has made an application pursuant to the
authority granted on 9 July 2003 for the admission of 500,000 Ordinary Shares to
be admitted to trading on AIM.


It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 5th September,
2003.
