Bazalgette Tunnel Ltd, part of the HoldCo Group, has today
signed a GBP100m inflation-linked loan with investor Scottish
Widows Ltd (part of the insurance division of Lloyds Banking Group
Plc). Linked to the Retail Price Index, the loan will be drawn in
2019 and will mature in 2049.
